Maher Matar

Maher graduated in 1998 from Jordan Univeristy of Science and Technology, he then moved to the UK where he finished his postgraduate studies in advance 3D modelling and Environmental simulation. Maher started his career with a small practice in Bath where he trained and gained his RIBA chartered membership. He then moved to London in 2004 and joined Foster + Partners where he worked on various types of complex buildings. Maher also Lead many teams during his work at Fosters to design Major international masterplans and resorts. He was then approached by some Saudi Developers to lead their mega masterplans in the region.

Maher has solid international experience in all aspects of Real Estate & Construction to senior executive level for leading global and regional players. Multiple geographies. Direct report to CEO & Chairman level. Hands-on delivery/ field experience. Solid technical experience in master-planned parcel, Major infra-structure projects (Airports and Rail), signature and volume assets. Extensive experience in large scale projects, Tender preparation & bid evaluation of mega international projects, Designed world-class prime real estate investments and projects across geographies.

In 2017 Maher and his colleagues from Foster + Partners decided to set up a multi discipline Engineering and Architectural practice in Poland which specialises in luxury masterplans and Mixed used developments. Since then they have done a few luxury masterplans around the globe, together with high rise mixed used developments.
